Startup MVP Development Plan

We offer a baseline of services for startups needing development of their MVP but also needing help with future staffing and building their team. Typically our clients needing MVPs are adequately funded startups with their MVP fairly defined and ready to build. We work with clients on realistic milestones for roughly a 3 month private Alpha launch, to the full public MVP launch 3 months later. At a minimum, one developer is assigned full time and 100% dedicated to the project with the option of discussing acquiring them. We also work with client’s development staff particularly if they are less experienced at architecting an MVP and executing the project.

Below are some details of arrangements we would make for an MVP for the type of clients we accept. No one size fits all but it’s a basic picture of what the smallest budget for an MVP is. Contact us below and we can discuss your situation in detail.

Resources

1 Product Architect (half time)

A senior level resource with multiple MVPs developed. Attends all product meetings, architects solutions, reviews work, builds necessary infrastructure.

1 Developer (full time)

Fully dedicated developer on project from start to finish. Will attend all meetings and develop every aspect of product. Open to eventually acquiring the Developer and can properly groom them for their eventual role as part of your organization.

1 Project Manager (part time)

Assists Product Architect in organizing project as needed for the project and help facilitate communication with stake holders.

1 Account Manager (part time)

Stays in contact with stake holders for any concerns and needs.
